MindAuto Gap SMS Program

1. Program description

The MindAuto Gap SMS Program includes two separate use cases: account notifications related to a requested subscription, and recurring marketing messages about products, services, website resources, campaigns, guides, and tools. It does not send quotes, applications, eligibility results, agent outreach, provider matching, referrals, financing offers, appointments, or third-party marketing.

2. Message categories

• Account Notifications. Message frequency varies based on account activity.
• Marketing. Message frequency varies, generally up to 4 messages per month.

Each category is authorized by its own checkbox. Selecting one never enrolls you in the other.

3. How to opt in

You opt in by checking a specific SMS consent box on our subscribe page and submitting a valid mobile number that you control. Boxes are unchecked by default. Providing a phone number alone is never treated as consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of this website. Your first message will identify MindAuto Gap and match the category you selected.

4. Message frequency

Account notification frequency varies with account activity. Marketing message frequency varies, generally up to 4 messages per month.

5. Message and data rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile plan and carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. STOP instructions

Reply STOP to any message from a program to cancel that program. You will receive one confirmation that messaging has ended, and no further messages will be sent for that program unless you opt in again.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, be the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and be located in the United States.

9. Privacy

Information submitted with your opt in is handled under our Privacy Policy. We record the phone number, the category selected, the consent timestamp, the source page, the disclosure version, and the browser user agent as evidence of consent.

10. Mobile opt-in data

Mobile opt-in data, consent records, and phone numbers will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to insurance carriers, agents, brokers, lead aggregators, or third-party marketers.

11. Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new revision date, and continued participation means you accept the current version.
