1. Information we collect

We collect the information you type into our forms. On the subscribe pages that is your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose a text message category, and the consent selections you make. On the contact page that is your name, email address, subject, and message. We also record standard technical details that accompany a form submission, such as the page you submitted from, the date and time, your browser user agent, and the version of the consent disclosure shown to you.

2. How we use information

• To deliver the Mind the Gap Education Series lessons you requested
• To send the text message categories you specifically authorized
• To respond to written questions submitted through the contact page
• To keep a record of consent, opt outs, and the disclosures displayed
• To maintain and improve the educational material published here

We do not use your information to generate quotes, screen eligibility, or introduce you to any provider, because we do not offer those services.

3. SMS communications

Text messages are sent only to people who checked a specific SMS consent box and provided a valid mobile number. Each category is authorized separately. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of this website. Message frequency is stated on each checkbox. Msg & data rates may apply. 4. Mobile opt-in information

Mobile opt-in data, consent records, and phone numbers will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to insurance carriers, agents, brokers, lead aggregators, or third-party marketers.

Mobile numbers and consent records are used only to operate the message categories you selected and to maintain proof of consent. Service providers that help us deliver messages, such as our messaging platform, may process this information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed for the site to function. If we add analytics in the future, it will be used to understand aggregate page usage and never to build advertising profiles from mobile opt-in data.

6. Data retention

We keep subscription and consent records for as long as you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward so that we can evidence consent and honor opt outs. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer them.

7. Opt-out rights

Reply STOP to any message to end that program. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop email lessons. You may also email learn@mindautogap.com to request that we stop contacting you or delete the information you submitted.

8. Security

This website is served over HTTPS and access to submitted information is limited to the people who operate MindAuto Gap. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we do not promise absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor submitted information, email learn@mindautogap.com and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

Some articles may link to outside resources. Those websites have their own privacy practices and we are not responsible for their content or handling of your information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of the page shows when it last changed, and continued use of the website means you accept the current version.
